Hi, my name is Roselyn Gilmour and I have loved being in the kitchen cooking since my teens, recently I decided it was time for my passion to be my focus so I studied at William Angliss Institute and gained my qualification as a patisserie chef in 2013.

Kandy Cakes was then established as a boutique home based business in February 2014 so that I could bake everything from scratch using quality ingredients and to express my creativity from conception through to decoration ensuring that my sweets not only look good but taste sensational.

Along my journey I found that many people were on restricted diets and as I don’t like the thought of anyone missing out I decided to include gluten free alternatives for celebration cakes and decorated cookies to my repertoire. My signature Kandycake and chocolate fudge pops are naturally made from gluten free ingredients and provide an unique and delicious treat that can be given as a gift or included as a layer of a tiered celebration cake.
